Australia has it's fair share of cult comedies and when one of the best from the past clashes with the same maker's current series, chaos, hilarious fun and Australian culture are indeed present and counted for!
Fat Pizza VS. Housos may not take itself seriously but was it ever meant to? The film is all about the fun and adult humour the separate TV shows bringing to Australian fans, whilst mixing in the pop culture of today's generation. The story is funny, flat out foul mouthed and indeed puts the audience in stitches.
Casting includes the 'Assassin of Political Correctness' himslef Paul Fenech (who directs the film as well alongside the series) reprising both as Franky from Housos (the dole-budging, authority hating and woman chasing trouble maker) and Pauly from Fat Pizza (whom is unfamiliar with the present generation after a league of absence, among side his co-characters).
Overall, FPVH is hilarious fun and an top Aussie release alongside Wolf Creek 2. Brace yourself as well for there's more to come from the mind of Fenech!
